If you want to lose weight without harming your body then you should strive to work with balanced diets. These types of diets are much easier to maintain and with proper motivation you won’t feel any inconvenience at all. Balanced diets are very healthy and nutritionally appropriate for your body. Examples of these diets are diets from the book “Modern Nutrition in Health and Disease” that was published in 1994. Check the table below for the contents of basic food components in these diets.

Diet CalculatorThe first two diets (880 and 1200kkal) are used during the first period. The last two are used on the second period for appropriate results. While dieting, it is necessary to reduce your salt intake by 2-5gr per day. You should also drink at least 1.5-2 litres of water. It is essential to normalize your water-salt metabolism. This process alone contributes to a loss of up to 3-5 kilos in the first week!  Not bad, right? The best part is that you lose the weight with no harm to your body!

While dieting your eating regimen is essential. Czech scientists discovered that people who eat three times or less in a day have obesity problems in over 50% of the cases researched. That’s one out of every two people! People who eat 4-5 times a day were obese at almost half that rate. They were shown to be at only 28.9%. Most of the nutritionists agree on the fact that frequent eating is best. It must be working with these numbers to back it up! So boys and girls eat smaller amounts, but more often!

How can you do it if you work from 9am to 6pm? Lets try to make a plan…

Ok, so you woke up this morning and you had a healthy breakfast at 8 or so. When you go to work you should have a fast and reasonable snack at 10:30 or 11. Then you can have lunch at 1 or 2 pm. You will probably get hungry in three hours, so at 4 or 5 pm have another snack.

After work you won’t run home hurried by your hunger pains. Once you arrive at home, have a dinner at 7 or 8pm. You will get hungry again in 2.5-3 hours, so get a snack again.
