The adherents to this diet claim that this is when the B blood type appeared. Therefore, low protein diets are recommended for people with the B blood type. Where this leaves blood type O, or mixed blood types is anyone’s guess. Typically, blood type diets brings poor results at just minus 2-5 kilo. These people are lucky. In many instances these diets show no result at all.
